10 Jun Foreign Flow
Foreign Flow is a South Korean, Toronto-based independent Hip-Hop and R&B crew that consists of artists JA$, MANNYKIEF, and Millkissdrip. Foreign Flow was created in 2018 in order to work collaboratively and individually to express our passion for music. Growing up in Canada and being part of the multicultural environment, we were able to expand our insight into music. It shaped us who we are now, allowing us to deliver our foreign sound to the listeners not only in Canada and Korea but globally as well. We express our vision as a team constantly learning and developing ourselves through the creative process. We hope that more people are inspired and motivated by our music which we strongly believe will bring one love and that’s Foreign Flow.
The pandemic not only held us back from performing and interacting with our fans but also affected the progress of our music. It was hard to face that we couldn’t get the opportunities to perform in Toronto and abroad which brought great disappointment. However, performing virtually through the Joy Ruckus Show was an unexpected yet valuable experience for us. We believe that connecting with new artists in and out of Toronto is as important as creating music for us as we are eager to take on every challenges and opportunities coming on our way. Although we are only able to accomplish this virtually, for now, we wish everyone’s health and safety until we can finally all enjoy what we love without limitation.
